Flaming Fish

As Finn and Leon were walking down the road, Finn looked to his left and saw a big black thing. He wasn’t sure what it was, but he thought that it looked pretty cool. He was just about to point it out to Leon and ask him what he thought it was when Leon yelled, “Look! A Flaming Fish!”

Finn stopped, looked at Leon and asked, “A Flaming Fish?” “Yes, a Flaming Fish!”, exclaimed Leon.

Finn wasn’t too sure what a Flaming Fish was, but if this really was a Flaming Fish, then he now knew what one looked like. If it wasn’t a Flaming Fish, then he now knew what one didn’t look like. Either way, he now knew something he didn’t know before. He just didn’t know now what it was that he now knew.

To try and figure out what it was that he now knew, he asked, “What do Flaming Fish do?”

“Well, of course everyone knows what a Flaming Fish does!”, huffed Leon.

“But I don’t know what a Flaming Fish does!”, replied Finn.

“Well, they do exactly what this Flaming Fish is doing right now!”, added Leon. “What’s it doing?”, asked Finn. “Flaming Fish stuff!”, exclaimed Leon.

“Oh”, said Finn in a rather dejected tone. “I still don’t know now what it is that I now know.”, he added. “I have so much to learn.”
