I blame the smile that is on my face today on the folks at 99PercentInvisible.org. I listened to episode #328 from November 6, 2018 called, “Devolutionary Design” and learned stuff about the band “Devo” and Chi Chi Rodriguez that I didn’t know. In addition, and this is the part that […]
Kyson came over to visit and while he was here, he met a friend down the street. As Lisa and I sat on the lawn to watch him play, I looked up.
I decided that it was time to swap the snow tires on my truck with the summer tires and this is what I saw on the way there.
Lisa pointed out these blossoms in a neighbor’s yard, so I just had to take a picture of them. And I was able to frame them with the wood patio cover belonging to another neighbor.
I found this leaf the other day and was wondering what I would do with it. It looks like I decided on taking a photo of it. Of course, no photo of a leaf is complete without including a rubber duck. And with that being said, I’ve taken lots of […]
While visiting in Salt Lake last month, I had the chance to go on early morning walks with Stacia and Robbin. On one of the mornings, Sandra joined us, too. On the morning that Sandra walked with us, the conditions were just right to capture images of these delightful dogs […]

Another view of a sunrise from the northeast window of our home. I think this is going to be a common perspective
This is a sunrise as seen through the tall window on the Northeast side of our house. Since the Covid-19 Pandemic hit, I have not spent as much time outside, so I don’t see as many sunrises and other things, like fire hydrants, than I used to. I happened to […]
I had the good fortune of spending Saturday with two of my four beautiful Sisters and one of my amazing Nephews. We walked around City Creek and a few other places and these are some of the things I saw.
We got the chance to visit our son and his family in Las Vegas. I wish we would have remembered to get a picture of all these people and my Nephew and his Family, too; but alas, we did not. The Family all together on the last night of Papa […]
