It seems that Finn and Leon are always trying to get somewhere but are never quite sure how to go about it. This time, they wanted to go to a nice home for a nice thanksgiving dinner. A nice passerby heard them talking about that and offered to take them with him. The nice passerby was on his way to have Thanksgiving dinner with some nice friends. Both Finn and Leon thought that this sounded just terrific!
But the nice passerby said that there was one chore that needed to be done before they could go. “The tire pressure needs to be checked on all the car tires before we can go”, said the nice passerby. Neither Finn nor Leon had ever done that sort of thing before, but they’re always willing to try something new!
So they meandered out into the garage and wondered what the heck they would need to check the tire pressure. They didn’t have a clue! They were out there in the garage for several hours, just standing there, scratching their cotton-stuffed heads. The nice passerby was inside the house, wondering what was taking so long. So he meandered out into the garage and saw Finn and Leon all scratched up. “Oh well, I guess I’ll do it myself”, he said. So he gathered all the stuff and started to check the tire pressure. Finn and Leon wandered over to watch and learn how to do it themselves.
