Garold was one of my most favorite people. He ranked right up there with my buddy Ralph, Garold’s younger brother and my father-in-law. Breakfast with these two was always an experience. I’ll miss Garold’s jokes as I miss Papa’s laughter, but I’m glad they’re together again.
So long my friend. The pleasure was mine!!!
Wow! The end of an era. I have a lot of wonderful memories of Garold, Ralph and JL.. The laugh was contagious and the stories unique. May his memory be eternal and my condolences to my wonderful cousins that lost their dad. Hey Doc, give my dad a hug for me
I didn’t know you well, but from what I did know, you were an amazing guy. Always full of humor and wisdom. You were a great brother to my grandpa, Ralph, and you will finally get to be with him. Rest in peace.
Doc, has always been a wonderful uncle. He took my brother and I under his wing after our dad passed. I remember fondly the times we spent at his stables. I remember getting his 4 wheel drive tractor stuck even when he said it couldn’t be done. He must have forgot that I learned from one of the best! Enjoy your reunion with your family Doc and say hello to all that left before you.
I loved it when you came to my mom and dad’s house to have coffee. You told good jokes. I well miss you. you are a great person.
