I went on a LifeCaps hiking/camping adventure yesterday with Daryl Stevenett. We started our hike at about 5:00pm with our sleeping bags, hammock tents, LifeCaps and water. No food other than the LifeCaps. Adventurous, you say? Brave, you say? Bold and daring, you say?
Yup!
Cool, huh?
We hiked for about 3 1/2 hours up a pretty steep path to a cool place where we could stretch our hammock tents between some trees.
On the way up, we were able to stop and speak with people about LifeCaps as they were coming down the path. They thought that we were crazy for not taking food with us and they wished us luck.
When I don’t eat on a regular basis, my blood sugar level drops and I typically get headaches, I get shaky, I have low energy and I get to the point where I just shut down. But I didn’t have any of that while I was on this little adventure! I consumed five LifeCaps between 5:00pm on Saturday and 8:00am on Sunday. No headaches, no shakiness, no low energy and I didn’t shut down! AWESOME!
I had regular food at 2:00pm on Saturday before heading out to go on this little adventure and then I ate breakfast at about 9:30am on Sunday after we were back.
LifeCaps really works!

I am with you completely. LifeCaps does work!
My dad is a 52 year old avid hiker. He normally eats a huge breakfast beofre hiking and packs a lot of food just to keep his energy level up. Recently he went on a 19 mile hike packing nothing but LifeCaps, water, and an emergency sandwich that I as the skeptic made him pack “just in case”.
He took a LifeCaps every few hours or so and of course drank lots of water. He made the 19 mile hike in record time and stated that he felt great. He sure acted as if he felt great! At the end of the hike he fed the sandwich to his German Sheperd JoJo, obviously mocking me for making him pack it in the first place.
Anyways after seeing it work for my dad on his hike and being a mother of two young children I firmly believe that EVERYONE should at least have 1 bottle of LifeCaps in their car just in case something happens and food is not readily available.
